How does your custom service process work?
Our project workflow consists of four standard stages:

Project Initiation (Deposit): Upon agreeing to the scope and quote, a partial advance deposit payment is required to reserve technical resources and commence work.
Final Delivery & Settlement: Upon completion of the defined design deliverables, the remaining balance is paid.

Initial estimates provided via our web forms are preliminary assessments based on the parameters submitted. Final binding terms and scope specifications are detailed in the formal contract or invoice issued prior to project commencement.
Payment & Invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?

How is payment structured for bespoke projects?
For tailored engineering and assessment services, payment is divided into an advance deposit to initiate project planning, followed by the final balance payment upon completion and delivery of agreed project milestones.

Cancellations, Refunds & EU Consumer Rights
Can I cancel my request or order?
You may cancel your inquiry at any time prior to confirming the quote and paying the advance deposit. Once a deposit is paid and work on a customized engineering design has commenced, cancellation rights are governed by applicable statutory provisions regarding custom-made goods and services.
What is your policy regarding refunds for custom engineering services?
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods or tailored services made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Deposits cover initial parameter evaluation and bespoke resource allocation, and are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled prior to completion due to exceptional circumstances, any partial refund will be calculated strictly based on the proportion of uncompleted work, subject to our discretion and contract terms.
