Our service delivery follows a structured workflow:

Deposit Payment: Upon agreement, an initial deposit is required to initiate the project workflow.
Final Deliverable & Final Payment: Upon completion, the remaining balance is settled prior to final handover.
- Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that performance of the service has not yet commenced.
Cancellation Window (Within 48 Hours & 14 Days): If you cancel your order within 48 hours of initial order confirmation (and within the statutory 14-day window), provided that no evaluation, drafting, or technical work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
Once Service Commences: In accordance with statutory regulations, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely once performance of the service has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed or initiated. Therefore, once our work or project assessment has commenced—or after the initial 48-hour window has passed—no refunds can be granted.
