Description

To address sound transmission between guest rooms and between guest rooms and corridors, we provide sound insulation designs that integrate the building envelope with interior construction details. By evaluating elements such as partition walls, entrance doors, utility penetrations, and ceiling plenums, we identify weak points affecting sound insulation performance and formulate zone-specific recommendations for sealing, sound-insulating assemblies, and the mitigation of structure-borne sound.
